Book lovers had no dedicated space to form clubs and hold live discussions together. I started the Flutter app solo, then helped scale it into a full product with live audio/video talks, screen sharing, chat, and clubs.

Facility alarms need to reach the right person instantly, every time — even if the app is backgrounded. I took over from an early prototype and rebuilt it with native VoIP calls on iOS and native alarm triggers on Android, so alerts can't get lost in a notification tray.

HVAC contractors were spending days manually measuring ducts and equipment from design drawings. I built the backend that parses vector data directly from PDF designs to detect ducts and equipment automatically, cutting that process down to under an hour.
